Vision Quest 1.0 is an all levels online Kundalini Yoga training providing you with the owner’s manual to higher intuition, creativity and connection.
This online course will cover some of the most potent kriyas, meditations and pranayamas used to awaken foresight, increase physical drive, boost energy, and improve mental vitality.
After completing this training, you will discover how to strengthen and purify the nervous system, 10 bodies and chakras. FAQ'S
For individuals who are would like to take a deeper dive into these trainings, I have provided my teacher scripts and teachers notes. This add on is available to purchase at checkout.
You can participate in Vision Quest 1.0 live via online stream, or at your own pace through the pre-recorded content. The pre-recorded content will be released on the same day as each training session. Lesson release dates will be posted in the course under “Lesson Schedule”.
This training is different in the sense that students will learn to strengthen, condition and prepare their muscles, joints, fascia and nervous system for higher forms of subtle body energy, reducing the risk of injuries resulting from incorrect techniques and bad habits. Each kriya, meditation, and pranayama will have a video walkthrough with modifications and exercises to help you get the most out of your practice.
This training will involve deep breathing and abdominal compression. Women who are 120 days into their pregnancy should not practice this training. If you are unsure if kundalini yoga is right for you please consult your physician.
